The Sheriff department in Williamson County, TX has a reputation and it looks like it is trying to maintain it. In September, 2019, a woman who needed help called 911. When a Wilco sheriff showed up, she decided not to speak to them because of their reputation as she says in the video here.
When Lorenzo Hernandez, a deputy to Williamson County showed up, he decided that he was going to beat her some more. Not only that, he decided that is was his right to enter her premise without her authority and let her know that he would it again.
Is this what we are looking for when it comes to protecting citizens? My question is why was he not arrested for assault?
